These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, custom orders, and interactions with Shizzles and Giggles (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you (“the customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products & Services
1.1 We specialize in custom-designed magnets, foiling products, and related print or craft items.
1.2 All products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, placement, or finish.
1.3 Foiled products may contain minor imperfections due to the nature of the foiling process.
2. Custom Orders
2.1 Custom orders require your approval of final designs before production.
2.2 Once a design proof is approved, no further changes can be made.
2.3 You are responsible for ensuring all text, spelling, dates, and artwork provided are correct.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in £ and may change without notice.
3.2 Full payment is required before production begins.
3.3 Accepted payment methods: [e.g. PayPal, card payment].
3.4 Sales, discounts, and promotions cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Production Time
4.1 Standard production time is 7-10 Business, depending on order size and complexity.
4.2 Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
4.3 Production timelines begin only after payment and design approval.
